Refunds/Returns

All sales are final. In rare cases that an item is damaged or the incorrect product was received, we will offer a return/refund. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping

Shipping is through USPS/UPS. The cost is a flat rate depending on the item size or order amount. We offer worldwide shipping for most places except a select few which are difficult for us to ship to. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered and the cost will be higher than domestic. We are not responsible for orders that get lost in transit or flagged by customs.

“When will my order ship?”

All premade items will ship within 1-3 business days. All preorder items can take 3-6 weeks to be shipped. Please check the description of the item you are interested in to know whether or not it is premade or preorder.

“Can I change my address?”

Address changes can only be made before an item ships.

“Can I change my size?”

Size changes can only be made before an item ships and if the size is available.

“When will you restock?”

Only our most popular items will get a restock, although it is rare. If an item is restocked, it will be posted on our Instagram @vilesweatshop and through the ⁠announcements channel on our Discord server.

“How can I get in contact?”

Please email contact@vile222.com. We will reply as soon as possible regarding orders/issues.

“Why is there a password?”

Leading up to a new releases or restocks, the website may be closed early for preparation. 

“Do you use ai?”

NO. All graphics you see on our products or posts are made by me or commissioned by human artists. 

“Is anything dropshipped?”

Nothing is ever dropshipped. Every item was created and shipped by me.
